Return Eligibility and Timeframe

At Hydrojug, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this 30-day period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached. While we don't expect absolute perfection, items showing signs of extended use such as scratches or stains are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Initiating a return is straightforward. Please visit our Returns Portal via the Contact page on our website and submit your return request. Our team at Hydrojug will guide you through the required steps.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

  • If your item arrived damaged, was the wrong item, or failed to meet your expectations, Hydrojug will cover the cost of return shipping. We may ask you for photos to help document the issue.
  • If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we carefully inspect the item. If it meets all return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund after receiving the returned item. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you wish to exchange your item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your desired product or variant. This ensures you are not waiting while your preferred option is out of stock.

Note that free replacement orders, gifts, and custom items with personalized engravings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
